British, Irish and Danish opt-ins in Justice and Home affairs
The British and Danish governments have opt-in ad opt-out arrangements for Justice and Home affairs allowing them to decide, as the cases arise, whether they want to participate. Ireland and UK have a similar opt-in under the existing Nice Treaty.
