Supporting actions

The Convention on the Future of Europe proposes that when the EU cannot regulate an area and when the process of making national laws consistent (harmonisation) is not allowed, it may adopt measures as supporting, coordinating or complementary actions.
At present, these measures are called supporting measures or incentive measures.
